1948 | CETELON Lackfabrik Walter Stier GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Stuttgart is founded. | |||||
1957 | The company moves from Stuttgart to Ditzingen and doubles its production capacity. | |||||
1962 | New construction in Ditzingen‘s eastern industrial park: production buildings, warehouse, double-walled storage tanks with leakage indicators, administration buildings with laboratory. | |||||
1979 | Augsburg-based WAFA Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co. KG takes over the company’s shares. | |||||
1989 | WAFA partners take over the company shares of CETELON Lackfabrik Walter Stier GmbH & Co. KG from WAFA GmbH & Co. KG. | |||||
2005 | Steadfast Capital GmbH of Frankfurt / Main takes over the company shares. Hartmut Krannich becomes new managing director of Cetelon Lackfabrik, Cetelon Nanotechnik and Cetelon Holding. | |||||
2007 | Cetelon Nanotechnik is incorporated as 100% owned subsidiary. Production and warehouse capacity are expanded by the additional purchase of neighboring real estate. | |||||
2011 | Takeover by the Berlac Group. |
